Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused
  • in its original packaging
  • in the same condition as received
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • used items
  • opened or partially used DIY / craft kits
  • final sale items
  • gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@solagoods.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping

For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please request a return first and place a new order separately.
